7 Best Smallest 4K TVs In 2022! (Tested & Ranked!)

4K technology is growing accessible in all sizes. Despite this, I would put the Samsung UN43LS03NAFXZA above all else for the pleasing viewing experience it offers.

How I Picked
Screen Size

I found that my space limitations were my biggest deciding factor. While there are plenty of sizing options available today, it only makes sense to invest in one that suits the space and room where it will be installed.

Resolution

The whole reason I was investing in a 4K TV was for the higher resolution. Distant objects should seem closer, shadows should be less pronounced, and color must be much sharper. Choosing a resolution that doesn’t offer this just wouldn’t make sense.

External Connectivity Options

My new 4K TV will be used for more than just viewing TV in crisper, clearer view. Therefore, I made sure my recommendation offers ample HDMI ports for gaming and other proclivities.

Sound

I didn’t see the point in buying a TV that produces today’s crispiest and clearest resolutions to only find myself limited on the sound.

Samsung UN43LS03NAFXZA 43-Inch 4K TV

Enjoy extreme viewing pleasure while only consuming a minimal footprint.

Take TV viewing to all-new levels with this 43-inch 4K TV. Although it boasts impressive 4K viewing technology, it only consumes a practical footprint of 38.1” (W) x 23.6” (H) x 7.9” (D).

This is, of course, if you take advantage of the stand. The model can be mounted directly to an interior wall.

The no-gap wall mount and stand are both included with the initial purchase, so don’t worry about spending any extra.

When mounted on the wall, your overall dimensions will become 38.1” (W) x 21.9” (H) 1.7” (D).

Don’t worry about connecting additional devices because there are 4 HDMI ports, three USB ports, an Ethernet port, one RF input, a digital audio output, and an RS232C serial interface.

One of the most promising features I found was the option to display beautiful art when the TV wasn’t in use.

You can take advantage of the art store and choose between a whole set of unique pieces. The customizable frame gives you total control of the overall looks of your new TV.

Choose between a black, white, beige, or walnut to mesh with your current interior design. Make life even simpler when you configure the TV to work with your smartphone.

Control and operate the device right from your phone’s interface. Go a step even further by combining all your favorite shows, stream, and art with the OneRemote Universal Guide technology. Control everything from one remote.

TCL 50-inch Class 4-Series 4K UHD Smart Roku LED TV - 50S435, 2021 Model
TCL 50-Inch 4-Series 4K UHD Smart Roku LED TV

For those with a limited budget, TCL’s 4-series offers the biggest bang.

TCL combines 4K and HDR (high dynamic range) technologies in an affordable package to deliver a more lifelike viewing experience.

With the stunning picture, thousands of streaming channels, and a sleek modern design, you’ll have endless entertainment possibilities at your fingertips with the 4K TCL Roku TV.

Take your viewing pleasure to the next level while also making it more convenient with the Roku app. The app can be configured with a compatible phone or tablet for the utmost convenience and control.

With a simplistic interface and personalized home screen, you’ll have your favorites right at your fingertips. Accessing your favorite channels, shows, games, and other devices will be a snap.

Speaking of gaming consoles, you won’t have a problem connecting a plethora of additional devices with the 3 HDMI ports, headphone jack, optical audio outport, Ethernet port, and USB port.

TCL is not a well-known brand as Sony or Samsung, but that’s where the price advantage comes in. You aren’t just paying for a name; you get the features that back it. There are some acceptable shortcomings for the price.

However, the most notable would have to be the lack of support for Dolby Vision. Other than that, TCL delivers with this 45.1” x 26.2” x 5.2 inches marvel.

You can snake electrical wire through the channels to get a built-in or wireless appearance. You’ll also enjoy the most vibrant colors possible thanks to the premium display combined with triluminos and clear on-screen action.

The X900F offers an impressive array of features, but right at the heart is Sony’s X1 Extreme Processor.

The processor along with Sony’s Extended Dynamic Range technology ensures that darker sequences go as dark as possible, while the bright sequences get as pleasingly bright as possible.

Step your game up even more by connecting your TV with Amazon Alexa or Google Home. With this, you’ll have access to voice-issued commands.

The 49-inch offers huge results while still managing to maintain a practical essence. The overall dimensions measure 53” x 7” x 29.25”.

The X900F also features plenty of connectivity possibilities with its 4 HDMI ports. HDMI 2 and 3 can be utilized for 4K Blu-Ray as well as compatible gaming consoles.

Toshiba is another giant name in the electronics and entertainment industry. They have done an excellent job of setting up a stunning, smart world of entertainment you can take advantage of in one convenient place.

It’s a mid-size smart TV that does everything a smart TV should do and more. I found that the C350 offers a smart and responsive interface that is easy and quick to set up or alter.

It might not feature the latest technologies like the HDMI 2.1 or Dolby Atmos, but it does offer Dolby Vision side-by-side with HDR10 technology.

Unfortunately, it does do these as well as some models on the list, but don’t get down on the TV. There are some things the Toshiba does exceptionally well.

And that is delivering all the content you could ever want or need right in one easy-to-access location.

Combine that with the stunning 4K technology and you’ll always get stunning viewing quality backed with crisp and clear images.

As far as sound is concerned, this model nails it with the DTS Virtual X Technology. It creates an immersive audio experience that delivers crips and smooth highs and lows.

With additional bass and dialog enhancement, the C350 does an excellent job of putting you right there with the audio.

Accessing your audio options along with other essential controls won’t be a problem thanks to the Voice Remote.

You can pair it with Alexa, and you’ll have access to a whole handful of unique and convenient voice controls.

I could never look at a TV the same again after seeing the color re-master technology the C350 offers. It does a wonderful job of restoring original natural color.

You’ll get a lifelike experience, regardless of what you are tuning into. All this is possible thanks to Toshiba’s inventive Regza Engine 4K processing.

All these great offerings are crammed in 15 pounds of slim and sleek beauty. The footprint is a reasonable 37.9” x 2.9” x 22”.

What Is the Smallest 4K TV Available?

While there are various 4K TVs offered in a myriad of sizes, styles, and designs, there are only a handful of manufacturers that delve into the smaller realm.

There is a lot of controversy regarding how 4K looks on the smaller screens. Therefore, many aren’t brave enough to venture into this type of market.

One of the more well-known manufacturers of smaller footprint 4K TVs would be Samsung.

Samsung proved the masses wrong with their line of 32-inch TVs, the Q50R and Q60A series.

The only next available size you’ll find is the 40 inches. That’s a whole 8 inches bigger.
Might not sound like a lot, but when you put that on the wall or dresser, it’s noticeably more space consumption.

Both models of Samsung’s 32-inch 4k TVs pack a serious punch, offering out-of-this-world viewing pleasure.

Is 4K Worth It on a Small TV?

4K technology is no longer considered a new thing. And this is both good and bad for today’s consumers.

While it affords many more configurations and models packed with more features, it makes weeding the good from the bad a bit harder.

Everyone wants to get their hands in on the lucrative market. Therefore, you must know exactly what to look for before even setting out to buy.

I have personally chosen the models above and would put them in a side-by-side comparison with any model available.

I would stand behind the 32-inch models as well. For one, Samsung turned the smaller 4K TV market upside down.

Thanks to Samsung’s hard work and dedication to the industry, consumers can expect rich blacks, vivid colors, and bright contrast that explodes in just the right combination with the 32-inch models.

Samsung also does an excellent job with its HDR (high dynamic range) technology. It brings your images to life with its true-to-life flesh tones.

My only complaint with the 32-inch models would be they are too similar. Both the Q50R and Q60A nearly offer the same features.

It is only the Q50R model that is easier on the wallet because of its age.
